Thank you everyone at MAD, I finally got a chance to sort out my hair. I've been having my hair done by Mad ,Vicky, and Holly for over 25 years and wouldn't change it for the world, they are a absolutely fabulous team, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. With the covid situation I couldn't have felt safer with all the ppe in place. Thank you again for the amazing colour and cut. 🤗

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to express how happy I am to find this salon. I’ve been 3 times now and my hair colour is the best that it’s ever looked. The team are super friendly & Victoria, my stylist knows exactly how to manage my difficult hair. She has transformed my style and visiting the hairdressers has now become a positive experience. I can’t recommend the salon enough!

Today was my first visit to the salon for a wash cut and blow dry with Victoria. She was super friendly, made me feel at ease and listened to what I wanted for my hair cut. The perfect experience for my 7 year old girl, who until now has not been to a hairdressers, as she was too nervous before. The ladies were very friendly and set her at ease. Madeline gave my daughter a wonderful haircut. We’ll be back thank you 🙂

Today I had the most amazing experience with Holly at Max for Hair. Consultation then hair wash then head and neck massage and lastly cut and blow dry. My hair looks amazing. The atmosphere in the salon is so friendly and relaxing. They take such good care of their clients. Holly is attentive, professional and my hair looks the best it’s looked in years. My son had a perm done, they were amazing with him made him and myself feel very comfortable. Spoke to him about each stage they were doing and made sure he was happy and felt comfortable. My son was very happy with his hair and said they he will not go anywhere else to have it done again.

Been going to Mads for over 30 yrs. Mad and her girls are lovely. They Listen to what you want and use the best products for your hair. I’ve never had a bad haircut or colour there.

Cut, colour and restyle today. Once again the stylists were all fantastic. They listen to what you want, liaise with you before starting and work out what is best for you. There advice is professional and they keep their selves up to date with styling and techniques. The salon is comfortable friendly and very professional. Feel very relaxed at Mad for hair and personally wouldn't go elsewhere. 100% recommend

Mad, Holly and Vic are true professionals with cut, colours and blow drying. The atmosphere in the salon is always warm and welcoming and Mad has been working her magic on my fine hair for over 20years. Went in miserable today, came out feeling transformed and very happy.

I made the move from a long-term hairdresser (and friend!) to the girls at Mad for Hair.
I’ve been twice now and had two big changes, first to pretty much bright blonde, and second to a dark beautiful brown. We literally spent a good 20 mins each time discussing what I wanted, and they gave advice and ideas on what would work best.
Salon is gorgeous, girls are lovely, always feel welcome and relaxed.
Thank you for my hair and can’t wait to see you all soon.

It’s always a pleasure to have my hair done at Mad For Hair. There is a warm, friendly relaxed atmosphere in a modern, comfortable surrounding. Holly always listens to my requests for my hair with genuine interest and I’m so happy with the the way she styles it! Everyone leaves looking gorgeous and feeling pampered!

Best hairdresser in the area! And I know, as I have been to most of them. Maddie, Victoria and Holly all care about their work and their clients. It’s evident and refreshing! They are also great hairdressers. I enjoy seeing them and having my hair cut and coloured by the brilliant Maddie.

being disabled is really difficult, especially with a very bad back. But the staff at Madds hairdressing are absolutely fabulous so caring and they think ahead when they’re dealing with disabled people. My hair turned out, great, and I never have to worry.

Had an amazing experience here. Ladies are very professional. I had my hair wash and curly blow dry done. They accommodate me very last minute, which I’m thankful for.. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely be coming back! 😊🥰

Mad makes a great job of colouring and cutting my hair, been going there for years, wouldn't trust anyone else. The salon vibe is lovely, so friendly, and the banter can be hilarious, but they take the job very seriously and listen to what you want.

Such a pretty salon, where all the girls are so lovely and always try to help me with appointments and Holly is a hair wizard, my hair lasts until my next wash - I have it blow dried then curled/wavy…I’m so happy I found them!

I'm mad about Mad for Hair! Was looking for a local hairdressing salon and came across their wonderful reviews online, so decided to give them a try. So glad I did...not only was my hairdresser Holly a true professional, taking the time to speak to me to find out what I wanted and checking throughout if I was happy, comfortable etc. but she - and all the other hairdressers there - were just so lovely and fun to talk to. I breezed out of the salon with a gorgeous new haircut, extremely satisfied with the whole experience, from start to end! Thank you, Mad for Hair, I'll definitely be back soon! Can't recommend this salon warmly or highly enough! 🙂 Michelle xx

Had an amazing experience at the salon today with Holly, she done a cut and blow dry and I absolutely love it! She listened to what I wanted and she got the cut spot on! The salon is extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in.

Had my first appointment at Mad for Hair today, and had the loveliest experience. The stylists were all so warm and gave me honest professional advice about my hair, which made me feel very comfortable and feel that I could trust they knew best! I am very much looking forward to my next appointment! (The blow dry was 10/10 too!)

I’ve been going to Mad for haïr for about 25 years now and would not go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming and I always feel completely at my ease. I’ve always been very happy with the styling and colouring that I have there. They also do a great latte!

After my first son was born I suffered from hormonal hair loss so I had my blonde hair dyed brown to help with the re-growth. My then Salon told me they couldn't make me properly blonde again for whatever reason. Feeling disheartened I tried MAD for colour correction for the first time. That was 15 years ago! Having been to lots of salons from central London, to top local ones - I have never looked back (and never will).
They are a great team, professional, on trend, knowledgable, innovative and nothing is too much trouble. I have taken both my boys there since they were tiny. They are now teenagers and neither of them want to go to a Barber, they only like MAD doing their hair. The ladies at MAD's - apart from being so lovely, make you feel important, welcomed and looked after and you absolutely will walk out delighted with your hair.

Amazing hair salon. Stylishly designed and very friendly, family like atmosphere. Very talented team working together to achieve the best for clients. Holly’s been doing my hair and every time I am impressed with my colour and hair cut. It is great to have such a brilliant artist as my hairdresser.

I chose MAD because of their (slightly suspicious) perfect 5 star rating. Turns out, the perfect rating isn't suspicious but simply well-earned! From the get go it was obvious that these ladies know what they are doing, as they were able to determine the best style for my curly hair. I am extremely happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back.

Professional and friendly service, it doesn’t say it all. The moment you enter Mad For Hair you know you are at the right place and somehow you already know you’ll be coming back. Your first feeling is that what Mad and her girls are doing is a vocation for them, not just a job. A very well established team of professionals, they work together to make you look good and feel great. It is a real experience to have your hair done there. You feel welcome, you feel confident of their professional skills, you are listened to, you are pampered. You feel special. You see everyone around feels special. There is this element of magic even and like a magnet you are drawn back to go there again. You don’t think of going to the hairdresser’s as a chore anymore, you are looking forward to an experience. I would entrust my hair confidently to any of the girls as they are all - Mad, Vicky and Holly - great! But I would go back to Mad, as you know, it’s like a first love…
